There are three general categories of information we collect. All are subject to who & what you are visiting on the Actuary website or platform.
The Actuary platform is intended for our customers and only accessible via a (customer/company) login. You will be visiting our platform as a company employee and not as consumer/ data subject.
The general Actuary website is accessible to everyone and only contains general company information and basic communication functions: information on our services and contact information.
Nevertheless, in this policy we prefer to be transparent on our data use and your privacy.
We collect information from our users when they use the Actuary Platform.
When Customers use the Actuary Platform, we process information about the services you use and how you use them.
We may share your information at your direction or as described in our Terms & Services, such as when you authorize consent, access our Services via your Actuary Account or when you choose to submit your information via a contact form.
If Actuary undertakes or is involved in any merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or insolvency event, then we may sell, transfer, or share some or all our assets, including your information. In this event, we will notify you before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Platform data: we store the transaction data we receive from acquirers and merchants for [1] year after the contract termination date unless the customer has requested us in writing to delete the information immediately after the contract termination date.
Platform user information: user information, location information, log data, cookies, and similar technologies (like Google analytics): we store this data for [5] years after the contract termination date unless the customer requests us in writing to delete it immediately after the contract termination date.
General Actuary Website (User) information: via our website we collect, and store data provided via our Contact & information request page and process & store this data for the time needed to handle the request properly. In our webpage logs we store log data to keep the website up and running and functioning as intended. These website logs are cycled automated & periodically to provide normal services to our users & visitors. This data is stored for a maximum of [5] years, unless we receive a request to delete/adjust personal data related to a data subject immediately.

Actuary reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with this provision. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Actuary website and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. We will also provide you with notice of the modification by a pop-up upon visit or email at least thirty (30) days before the date they become effective. If you disagree with the revised Privacy Policy, you may cancel your subscription.
